Our Company is well equipped to carry out a vast range of printing products such as the printing of newspapers, posters, letterheads, business cards, brochures, magazines, calendars, flyers, folders, event tickets, invitation cards, notepads, booklets, books, postcards, printed envelopes and much more, many of these products are produced in high quality offset and brilliant digital printing quality paper.

Pre-Press
Our Pre-Press department is equipped with modern up to date hardware and software and with two Computers to Plate Systems.
Our skilled Pre-press operatives are well equipped to provide our clients with a complete graphic design service. Tell us what you want and we will work with you from concept to design.
In this department we have a colour digital printer which enables us to produce high quality digital prints at a more economical price for short run orders.
Printing
The printing department is equipped with two four colour and three one colour printing machines.
Offset printing is the technique in which the inked image is transferred from a plate to a rubber blanket or roller and then on to the printing surface. Offset printing is the most popular industrial printing process in use today.
The main advantage of offset printing is its high and consistent image quality this process can be used for small, medium or high volume jobs.
Our printing operatives are highly experienced with this printing process.
Binding
Our stitching/folding/cutting machine in the binding department enables us to carry out a triple process in an automated manner.
Saddle stitching is a highly common type of binding. The process is simple, the sheets are folded slightly larger than the booklet and are then saddled stitched with two staples, the saddle stitching line then trims the three edges that are not stitched and the booklet comes out of the machine as the finished product. This type of stitching is highly automated and is suitable for both short and long runs.
